• Most items are hand-embroidered, so 15–20% variation from images is possible.

• Unstitched outfits can be exchanged within 24 hours of delivery.

• Stitched outfits are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, but alterations for fitting are available.

• No cash refunds are offered.

• Store credit (equal value) is available for future use in certain cases.

• Orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours.

• Sale items are final and not eligible for exchange or refund.
